Refund & Return Policy

At SUPERSTOREAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help with free 30-day returns and refunds.


1. 30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

We offer free return labels, meaning we cover the return shipping cost. Just contact our support team to get started.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags, and in original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

 


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Contact@superstoreand.com

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions

  3. Returns must be approved in advance — do not send items without prior confirmation


3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us by email within 30 days of delivery

  • Contact: Contact@superstoreand.com

  • If not reported within this timeframe, we may be unable to offer a replacement


4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

We’ll offer a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


5. Faulty Product? Free Reshipment

If your product is faulty:

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide evidence of the fault (photos/videos)

  • We will arrange a free reshipment of the same product

After 30 days, we may still offer a replacement, but not a refund.


6. Exchanges

To exchange a product:

  • Return the original item using our free return process

  • Once approved, we’ll issue a new order number and send the correct product

  • You won’t pay any extra for shipping


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you about the approval status

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Bank or credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds

Refunds are only issued for unused items in original packaging.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will not be processed without return of the product

  • For damaged items, photos or video are required for replacement

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If your item was delivered to the correct shipping address but wasn’t received, we cannot offer a cash refund, but we’ll reship the order to a secure address at no extra cost

  • If your item was undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we may offer a replacement, but not a full refund


9. Unsatisfied With the Product?

If you're unhappy with the product:

  • We can offer a free reshipment or a store credit refund

You may cancel or request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Refunds are processed on the same day we receive your returned item. Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
