3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & CHARGES

3.1. Final prices, including taxes, are displayed at checkout. Import duties or customs charges are not included and are your responsibility.

3.4. We do not impose currency conversion charges. However, your bank may apply fees. Please check with your bank if you see discrepancies.

3.5. We accept credit card payments. We do not accept cash, checks, or other methods unless cash on delivery is explicitly offered in your region at checkout.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery normally takes up to 11 business days. Contact support if your order is delayed.

4.2. Once processed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. For returns, see Section 5.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or credit.

5.2. Contact us via our Contact Page to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization code and return address.

5.3. Returned items must be sent within 30 days of receipt.

5.4. Refunds are issued within 3 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.

5.5. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Used items may be refunded at a reduced value.

5.6. Return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.7. If you fail to collect a shipment, a refund will be issued minus £5 (or equivalent) and any loss in product value.

5.8. Returns without a valid code or sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

5.9. Only the item cost is refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. WARRANTY

6.1. To report a defective product, contact us via the Contact Page. Provide:

  • A photo of the defect

  • Order ID and payment confirmation

  • A short description of the issue
